1. What is Traffic Racer?

Traffic Racer is a service that was established in 2001. We provide quality hits to your website at a very constant level as long as you have credits. These credits are used to buy hits from us. You will receive alot of sign up bonus credits but when you run out of sign up bonus credits you can earn credits by surfing our manual surf bar or autosurf bar, referring other members, contests, .

The manual surf bar and auto surf bar are very easy to run. The manual surf you have to wait 15 seconds then click the number which will take you to the next website. The auto surf bar is the easiest, just click it and watch. We do allow one pop up on every website, so you may want to keep a close eye on the auto surf.

2. Is this service FREE to join?

Yes, all services within Traffic Racer are free to join but there are options to upgrade your account or buy more credits to receive even more powerful auto surf or manual surf hits.

3. What language does Traffic Racer use? Does Traffic Racer accept other languages?

Traffic Racer is an international company but unfortunately we only accept one language, English. We do not accept other languages because we find it is hard to communicate to the customer and very hard to make any money by advertising someone who does not speak your language.

4. How many times can I sign up for each program?

Every member is only allowed to have one account with Traffic Racer. If you have more than 1 account in any of the programs we offer (Auto-Exchange, Banner Exchange, Safelist, etc..)  then we have the right to remove your membership and possibly ban you for life.

Any affiliate sending spam to advertise any of Traffic Racer's programs will be immediately deleted! If you spam and cause us any loss or damages we WILL take legal action to compensate for our loss. We offer a sensible 1:1 exchange ratio for our Auto Surf. This means for every 1 website you visit, you will get 1 hit back to your website! For our manual surf we offer a 2:1 exchange ratio. This means for every 2 websites you visit, you will get 1 hit back to your website!

5. What do you mean I get 20% of my referrals surfing credits going 10 levels deep?

If your referrals surf 100 sites then they earned 100 credits and you as their referrer will get 20% of those credits added to your account. So you just received 20 credits for just referring this person, not to mention the 2500 auto credits, 100 manual, 1000 banner impressions, 1000 text impressions for signing up a referral.

Also you will earn 20% 10 levels deep.

6. How do I edit my personal information and my url information?

Please login to your member area and click the "Personal Details" link, then edit your information, and then click on the "Edit" button to save.

7. When I try to login it says that my id does not exist, why?

Here are some reasons :

(a) Make sure you are typing in the correct user id and password. Your password is case sensitive so make sure you do not type your password in capital letters unless your password was made with capital letters.
(b) We approve every website manually and if we find that your website is in breach of our terms and agreements we put your site on hold. If you keep submitting the same website you then be deleted.

(c) Accounts that list phony email addresses will be deleted. If you know you had a phony email address and now you can not login then please do not email us. You can re-sign up but just make sure you use a valid email address.

(d) Make sure that your computer is set to accept cookies or you will not be able to login.

(e) If all else fails you can always try removing the cache or temporary internet files from your computer. Possibly even try rebooting.

8. How do I retrieve my lost or forgotten password?

Go to this link: http://www.trafficracer.com/resend.php and type your User ID or Email in the box and hit submit. This will send your id and password to your email account.

9. How do I retrieve my id if I lost or forgot it?

Please email us byclicking here with your at least your name and any other information you can provide such as your email address or even the website you were advertising, and we will try to find it for you.

10. How come I haven't saw my site while I was surfing?

Because we do not want you to waste any credits viewing your own site, that's nothing but a waste of credits.

11. I just changed the website or url in the members area and my account now says "Waiting for approval", how do I get my website activated?

As long as your website does not break our terms and agreements your website will be approved within 24 - 48 hours. This process usually only takes a couple hours but please allow up to 2 days before emailing us.

12. When I refer someone, how long does it take for them to show up in my statistics?
 

The statistics for your account is updated every 24 hours. If you refer someone today then they will not show up until tomorrow. All your credits will be added appropriately that same day, that is if they activate there account. Please wait 24 hours to fully see your new referrals.

13. My referrals are disappearing, where are they going?

If your referrals are disappearing this means your referrals have been deleted either by requesting to be removed or from us removing them for breaking our terms and conditions.

14.What do you mean by Inactive Members?

Basically any member that has not surfed to earn credits for more than 30 days.

15. How long before Inactive members are removed from Traffic Racer's database?
 

After 30 days of a member being inactive we have the right to delete them from our database. Usually we do this at our own discretion but it usually takes a lot longer than just 30 days.

16. How fast are my credits used up?

The time will vary depending on each members situation. What effects the credit usage is how often you surf, and how often other members surf. If you signed up to receive 5,000 hits for doing nothing then you should be deleted from our system because you have to use are system in order to get the 5000 hits.

17. I have 5,000 credits I received when I joined, why are the credits not being used?

This is most likely because you have not surfed any WebPages. If you surf a 100 sites at least once a week, your account will stay active for 168 hours. This means that you will be put in the rotation to receive hits each week you surf 100 sites. So if you signed up just for the signup bonus of 5,000 credits and you didn't plan on surfing to earn credits then you should email us to have your account deleted.

18. How do I know when I have earned a credit?

By logging on to the members area and checking your statistics in the "My Sites" area. This will show each hit that you earned and received.

19. Why does my website counter not show that I received as many credits that your statistics page shows?

There are several reasons this could be happening:

• Your page does not load fast enough to record the hits we send you.

• You have chosen to track each unique hit instead of each regular hit.

• If the website you are advertising is down then we will show a blank page but your credit will still be deducted.

20. My account says "On Hold" or "Suspended", why is this?
 

This is most likely because your website does not abide by our terms and agreements. For example, your page could not be displayed, it had inappropriate content, broke frames, had a dialog box, etc... To get your website off of hold just check your website to make sure it abides by our terms and agreements and then resubmit. We will then check it manually, like we do with every website, and put your website back into the rotation to receive hits.
